Lee Kelley is a Henry County native who was raised in Stockbridge, Georgia. Lee is married to his wife, Ursula, who is another Henry County native and they share two blessings, Joshua(son) & Zion(daughter). Lee is an experienced “Entrepreneurial” Leader with nearly thirty years of success in land development construction/project management and civil engineering site design services in both public and private sectors. Besides serving as a member of the Henry County Board of Ethics, Lee is an active member of Victory Tabernacle Church International, which is also located in Henry County. In addition to spending time with his family, Lee enjoys running and cycling with his friends.
