Dr. Erica Pike is a devoted wife and mother. She balances her family life with a strong commitment to both her personal and professional pursuits.
Dr. Pike’s educational background is distinguished by a Bachelor of Science in Education, graduating cum laude, a Master of Science in Education with a 4.0 GPA, and a Doctor of Education earned with honors. She is a passionate educator, mentor, and community leader dedicated to nurturing both young minds and adults alike. With years of experience in education, Dr. Pike has mentored students at the elementary and middle school levels and has spent the past nine years guiding and coaching teachers within the school system. She currently leads the Young Adult College and Career Mentorship Program at her church, further showcasing her dedication to helping others achieve success.
In addition to her professional roles, Dr. Pike is an active member of her church, where she serves and volunteers in various community initiatives. Outside of her professional and community commitments, she enjoys traveling with family and friends, hosting game nights, and dedicating her time to meaningful causes.
Dr. Pike’s latest endeavor is the launch of her podcast, The Oneness of Black, where she explores topics related to identity, culture, and unity within the Black community. Through this platform, she continues her mission to inspire, uplift, and empower those around her.
