Jeffrey is a native of South Carolina, leaving to enter the United States Army immediately following his graduation from high school. Upon completion of his tour of service, he matriculated at Newberry College where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Criminal Justice and received his commission as a U.S. Army infantry officer. He later obtained his Masters of Science in Public Administration from Central Michigan University. Jeffrey pursued his passion of having an impact on his community and began working in the field of adult probation. His professional endeavors led to his employment with the United States District Courts in Washington, D.C., Montgomery, Alabama, and ultimately Atlanta, Georgia, from which he retired after 25 years of service. Prior to his retirement, he was the Assistant Deputy Chief over the investigations division, IT department, and administrative unit.
Jeffrey has been a resident of Henry County since 2014, and enjoys spending his free time with family, golfing with friends, and traveling with his wife Gina.
