Mrs. Felicia Harrell is a Georgia native that has lived in Henry County for 14 years. She is joined by her husband, her high school sweetheart, and two kids. Besides serving on the Henry County Board of Ethics, she works professionally as a REALTOR™. Prior to working as a REALTOR™ she worked as a freelance writer and producer for several domestic and international cable networks.
