A native of New Jersey, Cynthia is a proud resident of Henry County since 2004. Cynthia earned her B.S. in Business Administration from East Carolina University and her M. Ed. In Human Resources Development from Georgia State University. Since arriving in Georgia in 1989, Cynthia has worked for Marriott and Chick-fil-A, Inc. in the areas of Customer Service, Sales & Marketing and Learning & Development.  Beginning in 2019, The Cornog family began A Future and A Hope Scholarship which is awarded to one male and one female African-American high school student in Henry County each year.  Cynthia is a Tax Commissioner appointee.
