How To File a Confidential Complaint
There are three ways to send your complaint to us. Every report will be treated with equal urgency, regardless of the method used to file it. We will also ensure your identity and privacy are protected throughout the process, from investigation to resolution.
Filing Methods
- Download the Ethics Complaint form and use our in-person drop-off box in the front of the building at 339 Phillips Dr., McDonough, GA 30253 or send the completed form by mail to 339 Phillips Dr., McDonough, GA 30253.

- Fill out the complaint form below.

State the names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses of persons whom you believe have violated the Henry County Code of Ethics below:
Please Note
The Board of Ethics is required to send a written notice to the subject of any ethics complaint. If a complaint alleges violations of other laws, the Ethics Board may refer the complaint to the Department of Law or another agency.

The Board shall dismiss Complaints over which it has no jurisdiction.
